Serving Our Neighbors

Northeast Social Action Program (NESAP) is a Christian nonprofit organization that has served residents in need in Carroll County and parts of Baltimore County, MD since 1984.

There Are Many Ways to Help

NESAP is completely reliant on donations, fundraisers, grants and revenue from our thrift store to provide vital services to our neighbors in crisis while they are working toward self-sufficiency. We receive no public funding and remember when you donate to NESAP it stays LOCAL!

FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS

PANTRY DONATION HOURS
Monday thru Saturday, 8am – 2pm (closed Sundays and holidays)

Food (not expired), cleaning supplies, personal care items or gift card donations may be dropped off at the Food Pantry during store hours. Stop in the Thrift Store and ask a staff member to assist you.

Monday thru Saturday 8am – 1pm (closed Sundays and holidays)
Receipts for tax deductions are available upon request
