Our Mission
In Christian love, to provide crisis assistance to individuals and families with their physical, financial, and emotional needs, as an extension of the ministries of our congregations, and to proactively partner clients and professionals in our community for continued education, working toward self-sufficiency.
Northeast Social Action Program (NESAP) is a Christian nonprofit organization that has served residents in need in Carroll County and parts of Baltimore County, MD since 1984. If you are a resident in our service area (Hampstead, Manchester, Finksburg & Upperco), our services may include financial assistance (for rent, fuel, utilities & minor medical bills) as well as food, clothing, school supplies and Christmas assistance.
